Salting & ice management
Salting is never included by default — it's scoped and priced at the site walk as its own line. When it's in your contract, salt and ice-melt go down on cleared surfaces every visit — rock salt, treated salt, or calcium chloride depending on temperature. Freezing-rain events get their own response, including pre-treatment when it's forecast.
Service log
