Landscaping in West Hill
Landscaping in West Hill, Scarborough
West Hill covers the stretch of east Scarborough between Highland Creek and Port Union, with Kingston Road, Lawrence Avenue East, Morningside Avenue and Galloway Road as its main routes. Housing is mostly postwar: bungalows, split-levels and backsplits on 40 to 50 foot lots in the older sections, with townhouse and apartment pockets along Kingston Road and Galloway. The bluffs sit just to the south, so some streets slope toward the lake and shed water quickly, while flat blocks hold it. Underfoot it is mostly clay till that bakes hard in July. We do weekly lawn care, aeration and overseeding, cleanups, garden beds, interlocking walkways and driveways, and snow clearing on seasonal contracts.
We also take on seasonal commercial snow contracts for plazas and condo complexes along Kingston Road and Galloway Road. Commercial snow removal in Scarborough.
About West Hill
West Hill is a diverse and sprawling community featuring a blend of mid-century bungalows, newer subdivisions, and properties overlooking the Highland Creek ravine. The area is known for its spacious lots which provide ample opportunity for expansive vegetable gardens and large outdoor living spaces. Many homeowners are currently investing in 'curb appeal' updates to modernize the look of their long-held family homes.
