How much does lawn cutting cost per visit?
Weekly lawn cutting for a standard Scarborough residential property (30×50 ft lot) starts at $35–50 per visit. Larger properties or lots with obstacles like pools and gardens cost $50–75. We offer discounted seasonal packages when you sign up for the full April–October season.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger projects over $3,000, we offer flexible payment schedules — typically a deposit to start, progress payments, and a final payment upon completion. Seasonal maintenance can be billed monthly for convenience. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque.

What landscaping services do you offer?

When should I book spring cleanup?
Book your spring cleanup by early March to secure your preferred date. We begin spring cleanups in mid-March to early April, depending on weather. Services include debris removal, garden bed prep, first lawn cut, and soil amendment. Early booking ensures your property is ready before the growing season starts.
How often should I have my lawn cut?
During peak growing season (May–August), weekly cutting is ideal to maintain a healthy, well-manicured lawn. In spring and fall, bi-weekly cutting is usually sufficient. We cut at a height of 3–3.5 inches, which promotes deeper roots and naturally suppresses weeds.
Do you provide snow removal services?
Yes — we offer residential snow removal from November through April. Services include driveway clearing, walkway shoveling, and de-icing. We respond within 12 hours of significant snowfall. Seasonal contracts are available for guaranteed priority service all winter.
Can you design and install a new garden from scratch?
Absolutely. We handle everything from initial design consultation to soil preparation, plant selection, installation, and mulching. How far do you travel for jobs?
Our primary service area covers Scarborough, North York, and parts of Pickering and Markham. We're based in Scarborough, so response times are fast — usually within a day for estimates. For larger projects, we can travel further within the GTA.
Do you serve commercial properties?
Yes. In addition to residential properties, we maintain commercial landscapes including small office buildings, plazas, and rental properties throughout Scarborough and North York. Commercial contracts include customized maintenance schedules and priority snow removal.
Are you available on weekends?
Regular service runs Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Sunday service is available by appointment. For snow removal, we operate 24/7 to ensure your property is cleared promptly after every snowfall.
How quickly can you start after I book?
For regular maintenance, we can typically start within 3–5 business days of booking. For larger installation projects (interlocking, garden design, sod), lead times are usually 1–3 weeks depending on the season. Spring is our busiest period — booking early is recommended.
