Question 5

Do you work on commercial properties?

We carry full $5M commercial liability with snow operations endorsement and can provide a Certificate of Insurance directly to your broker.

Question 6

How much does an interlocking driveway cost in Scarborough?

Accepted Answer

Interlocking driveways in Scarborough generally run $22–35 per square foot installed, depending on the paver brand, base depth, and site complexity. A typical 24-foot residential driveway falls in the $4,500–8,500 range. We use 60mm pavers minimum on driveways for vehicle loads and excavate 12–14 inches on the heavy-clay lots common across Scarborough. Free on-site quotes with detailed material specs.

Question 7

Do I need a contract or can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

No contract required. We work week to week — you can pause or cancel any time with a quick text or call. Most clients stay multi-season because the service is consistent, but the freedom to walk away keeps us honest. Seasonal snow contracts (November through April) are the one exception, since we plan routes around committed properties.

Question 8

When should I book spring cleanup or seasonal services?

Accepted Answer

Book spring cleanup in March for an April start — we begin once the ground thaws and dries enough to work, typically mid to late April in Scarborough. Snow removal seasonal contracts should be locked in by October before the first storm. Weekly lawn care can start any week in season. For interlocking and garden installation, book 4–6 weeks ahead in spring and summer to secure your install date.
