These terms cover your use of dawntilldusklandscaping.ca and any quote request you send through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Quotes

A price we give you before seeing the property is an estimate, not a contract. It can change once we see the property and the scope of the work. Nothing is booked until you and Dawn Till Dusk Landscaping agree to the work and the price.

2. Service agreements

Landscaping and snow removal work is governed by the agreement or written quote you accept, including the scope, schedule and price. Salting, where offered, is a separate add-on and is only part of a snow removal service if your agreement says so. Where the agreement and this website differ, the agreement applies.

3. Contacting you

When you send a quote request you agree that we may call, text or email you about that request. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Information on this site

Service descriptions, area pages and blog posts are general information. Conditions on your property can differ. Nothing on this site is professional or legal advice.

5. Photos

Please do not copy photos from this site without asking. If you send us photos of your property, we use them only to quote and carry out your work, and you should send only photos you have the right to share.

6. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent Ontario law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. Responsibility for the work we perform is set out in your service agreement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
